1 / 3
This small watermill has been preserved in the estate of the Vankovichi, the famous noble family of the Russian Empire, from which artists, writers, and participants in the uprising of 1863-1864 came. The mill was built in the 1850s. The ground floor is made of rubble stone, with a door and small windows. The building itself is made of wooden beams. The mill has been perfectly preserved, perhaps it was still working quite recently. There is a mill on the Volma River.
