In 1913, at the corner of modern Lenin and Karbyshev streets, the building of the Land and Peasant Bank in the refined Art Nouveau style was built by architect Ostroushev. The T-shaped building has two high floors. The building had a basement, which had once housed office space and an archive, and was successfully used. The second floor was used for housing employees and administration.
