Growth

The settlement has been known since the end of the 16th century as part of the Incl. Property of the noble families of the Voltrats, Grabovskys, Galiburtans. In the 19th century. for the participation of the owners in the uprising, first in 1830, and after 1863-1864, the tsarist authorities confiscated the lands, including the Verusino estate, and transferred them to representatives of the Russian Bulgarin and Shiryaev families. Of the outbuildings, many barns, stables, as well as a large distillery building have been preserved.
