This temple was erected as a Uniate or Catholic shrine in 1720. It was built of wood in the classical style. After 1864, the church was transferred to the Orthodox Church, and in 1869 it was rebuilt. The original dome system of the shrine has been lost. A small wooden vestibule is attached to the main facade of the temple. Today the church is known as the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
