Svyatsk

In this village, you can see a very rare example of how an Orthodox church was originally rededicated as a church. The church was built on the site of an ancient temple in 1891 from brick in the neoclassical style. In the 1920s, the Orthodox church was rebuilt and rededicated into the Holy Cross Church. There are hardly a dozen similar examples on the territory of Belarus.
