Belarusian paving stones

In some places, cobblers were invited from afar to build paving stones, who had established themselves as professionals in their field, and in others they used the services of local craftsmen, who also became popular over time, gaining experience. So in Ozersk, the stone road was laid by local craftsmen, and since there were about 5-7 people, young craftsmen studied on this road, whose skills were then used in laying paving stones in neighboring villages, including in the world. The paved street was built before the First World War, and the construction itself continued until the Second.
