Novomeysky Manor: residential buildings

There was once a rich estate of the Novomeysky family, which erected solid stone residential and outbuildings. Many of them have survived to this day, and although the manor house itself was destroyed, several residential buildings, a stable complex, ponds and a partially preserved manor park can be seen in good condition. The territory of the estate at the beginning of the XX century is equipped and allocated for a health-improving institution.

Since the middle of the XVIII century. The settlement and the rich local estate were owned by the family of the Bennigsen family, then the Chapskys. Since 1901 This is already the property of the Novitsky family, who actively built industrial and household buildings here. A slightly rebuilt manor house has been preserved. After the Second World War, it was restored and adapted as a sanatorium. A huge landscape park with exotic trees, ponds and bridges still retain their charm today.

Before us are the remains of the once incredibly interesting and rather compact estate of the ancient Nezabytovsky noble family. Since the middle of the 19th century. this family settled on the fertile lands near the Yelnya River. At the same time, the manor house and the necessary outbuildings were laid, of which only two have survived, but they can tell something about this manor and its owners. This is an octagonal refrigerator and a small barn in the Gothic style. The buildings are still used for household purposes today.

The Nemtsevich family manor house was built in the Baroque brick style in the early 18th century. It has been extensively restored and is now used as a museum. The majestic roadside chapel of St. Raphael, built of brick in the early 18th century, has also been preserved. Landscaped manor park, a new fence has been erected.

Podarovsky Manor: manor house

Since the middle of the 19th century. This settlement was owned by the famous Count Chapsky family. The origin of Gantsevichi is connected with the commissioning of the railway in 1884. At that time it was just a railway station. The manor house of the Podarovsky family, built of wood in 1904. The Polish barracks (1920) and the administrative house of the forestry department, built of wood in 1916, have been preserved. Nearby pine and oak trees grow intertwined with each other.

It is worth visiting one of the estates of the last king of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Stanislaw August Poniatowski. It is located on the right bank of the Neman River. It was built in the Baroque style in 1771. The new owner, the Lyakhnitsky family, rebuilt the estate in the middle of the 19th century. The manor house of stone and wooden parts has not been completely preserved. The huge stable building and the manor chapel, which is now used as an outbuilding, have been preserved. The ancient park has been partially preserved.

Berezino has been known since 1501. It's like a place. The Sapiehs and Tyshkevichi owned these lands. Since 1671-Potocki. During the Northern War, Charles XII and his army crossed the Berezina River near the town (1708). There was a pier. The manor house in the classical style was built in the middle of the 19th century, when the estate was owned by Annie Potocka. The manor house offers a magnificent view of the Berezina River.
