The estate has been known since 1590. Like a folwark. It belonged to the Hieronymovichs, the Prushinskys, and the Bungens. In 1640, having separated from the Loshitsky Courtyard estate, the New Courtyard became an independent estate. The brick manor house in the classical style was adapted for an Orthodox church. The gates of the estate and the house for the workers have been preserved. Interestingly, the manor house does not have an office.
