The current address of this architectural value of the city is Lenin Street, 1. In front of us is the city council building, built in eclectic style with elements of classicism made of brick in 1868. It consists of two volumes: one is three storeys high, more decorated and overlooks the main facade of the square, the second is two-storied. Even today, the city council building is used for modern administrative offices. Over time, some elements of the exterior decor were lost, especially on the third floor.
