Now we are heading to 51 Proletarskaya Street. The military administration building has been preserved here since 1886. It is built of brick in the eclectic style, with a spacious interior enfilade system of rooms. The building has two high floors, harmoniously raised on a powerful basement, the premises of which at one time had a multifunctional economic purpose. Over time, the building of the former military administration has undergone minor changes, especially with the construction of a new roof.
